How long does it take?多久可以收到？
We ship in about 7–10 working days after your design is confirmed. Shipping is free anywhere in Malaysia.设计确认后约 7–10 个工作天寄出，全马包邮。
Will it fit my keyboard?装得上我的键盘吗？
It fits keyboards with MX-style (cross) switches, which most mechanical keyboards use. Not sure? WhatsApp us a photo of your keyboard.适用 MX 十字轴的机械键盘，大部分机械键盘都是。不确定的话，拍一张你的键盘 WhatsApp 给我们看。
What pictures print well?什么图印出来比较好看？
The print area is 15 × 15 mm, so simple, clear pictures with bold lines look best. Logos, cartoons and drawings work great. We check every design before printing and tell you if something won't come out well.印刷范围是 15 × 15mm，线条清楚、简单的图最好看，例如 logo、卡通、手绘。印之前我们会检查每个设计，效果不好会先告诉你。
Why at least 20 pcs?为什么最少 20 颗？
Custom keycaps are made for groups: teams, classes, events and weddings. From 20 pcs it's RM 15 each, RM 8 from 50, RM 6 from 300 and RM 5 from 500.定制键帽是给团体做的，例如公司、班级、活动和婚礼。20 颗起每颗 RM 15，50 颗以上 RM 8，300 颗以上 RM 6，500 颗以上 RM 5。
What if my design can't be printed?如果我的图不能印怎么办？
We'll WhatsApp you to fix it together. If it still can't be printed, we refund you in full.我们会 WhatsApp 你一起调整；如果真的不能印，全额退款。
